Pacific Resort has developed this CD Rom Image Library (available for download on our website as individual photos) for our tourism marketing partners to utilise. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you are clear about the usage of these images and that you qualify.

The images contained on the CD rom or available for download on our website as individual photos are available for the purpose of marketing and promoting Pacific Resort. Images cannot be used on commercial products, where the primary focus is the product being sold rather than Pacific Resort.

Pacific Resort allow images available to the following user groups:

Media (Magazines, newspapers, etc)
Travel Agents 
Inbound Tour Operators/Wholesalers
Other Tourism Promotion Organisations (Tourism, etc)
Business Partners of Tourism organisations

Rights to images are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Please remember:

You have read and signed the Image Lending Agreement form before you use the images. If you have not read and signed this document please contact Pacific Resort. For each image used, approved captions and credits to Pacific Resort, the relevant photographer and /or copyright holder is mandatory. Users will also be required to supply samples of published images to Pacific Resort so that correct usage can be monitored to gauge the effectiveness of its image distribution systems. Incorrect labelling and/or failure to acknowledge that an image is from Pacific Resort will be viewed as a breach of these terms and conditions of use.
